Welcome to iLEDsign. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the iLEDsign website and the purchase of products and services from us.

By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About iLEDsign

iLEDsign is a manufacturer and supplier of custom LED neon signs, illuminated signage, and related lighting products based in Shenzhen, China.

We provide custom-made products for customers worldwide.

2. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information, descriptions, images, prices, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, minor differences may occur between website images and the finished product due to screen settings, photography, materials, manufacturing processes, or other factors.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, and modify specifications or prices when necessary.

3. Product Orders

Many products sold by iLEDsign are custom-made according to customer requirements.

When placing a custom order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Text and spelling

  • Dimensions

  • Colors

  • Fonts

  • Logos and artwork

  • Installation requirements

  • Shipping information

  • Other specifications provided during the ordering process

Please carefully review your order and any design proof before approving production.

4. Custom Design Approval

For custom products, iLEDsign may provide a design preview or proof for customer approval.

Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible or may require additional charges and production time.

iLEDsign is not responsible for errors in customer-approved designs, including spelling, wording, dimensions, colors, or artwork.

5. Prices and Quotations

Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

Custom project quotations are based on the specifications and information available when the quotation is prepared.

Unless otherwise stated, a quotation does not guarantee a price indefinitely and may have a validity period specified in the quotation.

Additional costs may apply if the customer changes the product specifications, design, quantity, shipping requirements, or other agreed conditions after quotation or order confirmation.

6. Payment

For standard online orders, full payment is required before production begins.

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal or other payment methods made available through the website.

Orders will normally enter production only after payment has been successfully received and the required design or specifications have been confirmed.

7. Production and Delivery

Standard custom production time is approximately 1–3 business days after payment and final design approval.

Standard estimated delivery time is approximately 10–15 business days after production is completed.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Customs, Taxes and Import Charges

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or order, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is also responsible for providing accurate information required for shipping and customs clearance.

9. Returns, Refunds and Custom Products

Because custom products are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements, cancellation, return, or refund requests may be subject to restrictions.

Where a product is defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved design, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

Any return or refund will be handled according to our Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Warranty

Standard iLEDsign products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty conditions and exclusions are described in our Policy.

Extended warranty options may be available for selected products or orders at an additional charge.

11. Customer-Provided Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers may provide logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, or other materials for custom production.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use materials you provide to iLEDsign.

You agree not to provide materials that infringe another person’s or organization’s intellectual property rights.

You remain responsible for your own submitted artwork and content.

iLEDsign does not claim ownership of customer-provided artwork merely because it is submitted for production.

12. Use of the Website

You agree to use the iLEDsign website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems

  • Copy or misuse website content for unauthorized commercial purposes

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business, or other users.

13. Intellectual Property of iLEDsign

14. Product Use and Installation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed and used appropriately.

Electrical installation should be performed by a suitably qualified person where required by local regulations.

iLEDsign is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, unsuitable power supplies, unauthorized modifications, improper use, or failure to follow applicable installation instructions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, iLEDsign will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Our responsibility relating to a specific product or order will generally be limited to the remedies available under the applicable order terms, warranty, and law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
