Thank you for choosing iLEDsign. We manufacture custom LED neon signs and illuminated signage directly from our factory in Shenzhen, China.

Because most of our products are custom-made to your requirements, please read the following policies before placing an order.

1. Custom Orders

Most iLEDsign products are made to order according to the customer’s selected text, design, size, color, font, and other specifications.

Before production, customers may be asked to confirm the final design or artwork. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, or additional costs may apply.

Please carefully check all spelling, wording, dimensions, colors, and design details before approving your order.

For custom designs, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and other materials may legally be used.

2. Production Time

Our standard production time for custom LED neon signs is approximately 1–3 business days after:

• Payment has been received; and

• The final design or order specifications have been confirmed.

More complex or larger projects may require additional production time. If additional time is required, we will inform you before production or as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Payment

For standard online orders, full payment is required before production begins.

For larger commercial or custom projects, different payment arrangements may be available upon agreement.

Production will normally begin only after payment and final design approval have been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Our standard estimated delivery time is approximately 10–15 business days after production is completed.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, weather, holidays, carrier conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

A tracking number will normally be provided when available.

The estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed delivery date.

5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

iLEDsign ships products internationally from China.

Depending on the destination country, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

These charges are generally outside the control of iLEDsign and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the order or quotation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information required for delivery and customs clearance.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because custom LED neon signs are manufactured specifically according to the customer’s requirements, custom-made products may not be eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product, except where required by applicable law.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs, video, and order information so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, the solution may include repair, replacement, replacement parts, or another agreed resolution.

For non-custom products, any applicable return or refund will be handled according to the specific product and order conditions.

7. Design Approval

For custom signs, we may provide a design preview or proof before production.

The customer is responsible for checking the final proof, including:

• Spelling and wording

• Font

• Layout

• Dimensions

• Colors

• Logo or artwork

• Other visible design details

Once the customer approves the final design, production may begin.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and/or additional production time.

8. Product Warranty

Standard iLEDsign products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty applies to defects caused by manufacturing or product quality issues and does not normally cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation

• Incorrect voltage or power supply

• Improper use

• Physical damage

• Water or moisture exposure where the product is not designed for such use

• Modification or repair by unauthorized persons

• Normal wear and tear

• Other damage caused after delivery

Warranty claims may require photographs, videos, installation information, or other evidence so that we can determine the cause of the problem.

We may provide replacement parts, repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Extended warranty options may be available for selected products or orders at an additional charge. Please contact us if you require extended warranty coverage.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

Please inspect the package when it arrives.

If the package or product appears damaged during transportation, please take photographs or video of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.

If an order appears to be lost or has an unusual delivery issue, please contact us so that we can assist with the shipping carrier investigation.

10. Customer-Provided Designs & Intellectual Property

Customers may upload their own artwork, logos, graphics, or other designs for production.

The customer represents that they have the necessary rights or permission to use materials they provide to iLEDsign.

iLEDsign does not claim ownership of customer-provided artwork or designs.

We may use photographs of completed products for internal records or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

If you do not want your custom sign to be used in our marketing materials, please let us know when placing your order.

11. Product Colors & Appearance

The appearance of LED neon signs may vary slightly depending on screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, materials, and production conditions.

Colors displayed on a computer or mobile screen may not exactly match the physical product.

For custom projects where exact appearance is important, please contact us before ordering to discuss the requirements.

12. Changes to Orders

If you need to change your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate changes before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges.
